Removes PDA Encryption and Kill the Strelok pdas. Not compatible with 1.5.1
1.5.2 changes ui_pda_npc_tab.script. And if you attempt to use an modified 1.5.1 version of the file, the game bugs out the NPC pdas so that they behave like the player's pda and doesn't give you a chance to find random stashes or new routes.
There are 2 versions, one with vanilla stash chances and one with 50% boosted stash chances.

If you use 1.5.1's ui_pda_npc_tab.script in 1.5.2, then u get bugged behaviour on NPC pdas. Someone on the Anomaly discord wanted to play without PDA encryption and their old version of the addon wasn't compatible with the new update.
OK, so PDAs are bugged. 1.5.2 does not fix, this Mod does.
I guess I spent too much time tinkering with Guns to realize this.
No, I meant anomaly 1.5.2 pda's script changes the pda ui hud code from 1.5.1. So if you have 1.5.2, then this addon removes pda encryption.

I don't know about the guy I uploaded it for but I do a specific type of challenge run where everyone and every faction is your enemy. And random stashes are disabled, you need to find them thru pdas or interrogating stalkers. So I disable encrypted pdas for that purpose.
At least until I figure out a way to make an item that disables encrypted pdas for the immersion.
man it is possible just going to your inventory and put in the view in PDA, next one you gonna see the old screen for see routes and stashes

This doesn't work for me and I can't figure out why.
It removes encryption, yes, but I still have issues with NPC PDAs where opening it will just open my normal PDA (but using the v1.0 model) instead of the NPC PDA, and doesn't put the PDA back in my inventory after I close it, even when reloading.
Edit: I'm thinking some other mod might be interfering, but I can't figure out which.
Edit 2: It was ZCP, which modified pda.script.
