Fixes the movement speed of cats, blind dogs and pseudo-dogs.
Surely you were often annoyed that cats in this game have a higher speed than the bullet, my small tweak reduces the speed of fucking cats, blind dogs and pseudo dogs.
Can't do anything about factions. The speed formula for the actor seems to also apply to Stalkers but not the other way around. (this can be proved wrong, as i'm stating this based on personal observation)
I think to transfer control of the speed of monsters in the mcm menu is entirely possible, but the speed of stalkers from different factions is unlikely
I swear, about 30 minutes ago, a cat killed me like 7 times in a row, and I was like, "Oh, maybe there's a mod that fixes these damn cats" and look, just what I need! Thank you for this
I just spent an entire hour sneaking in the darkscape to do a hitman mission trying hard not to die because i was on campfire mode just to get insta-killed by a cat as i was about to enter cordon. This addon is very much welcome.

Can you change even the Speed of the toskanos or how they call :) that **** Mouse go always under your Feets and that with Super Speed so near impossible to hit them.Not that they make real Damage but the other stalkers ignore you and try then to shoot them at the end they always hit you and not the Mouse die 3 Times so
The thing about tuskano is that you can't get into them. Even in the original games of the series the NPCs says to carry a shotgun to hit them. Cutting out the speed of tuskano is the same as cutting out the invisibility of a bloodsucker. Btw, what is the point of a cat without its speed? Speed and damage are the only things that distinguish a cat and a dog in this modification, although the developers could add a camera shake or the effect of falling asleep when the cat approaches.
For the Dogs i give you right you see them coming normal from far away and they dont do much damage.Cats is something other they come near always out from nothing and 2 Hits from a Cat is enough to kill you even with a decent Armor.As they at least in my game come always in Groups of 3-4 is near impossible to hit them all for the Speed they have in time before they kill me.And then they have autoaim they never miss that is even not Fair for the Player.Disable the Autoaim and make them a little bit weaker and i let them have again there Speed.And for the toskano i dont have a Problem to kill them the problem is you need to much time for the Speed They have and they go always under your Feets and all Stalker around you will try to kill them but miss and kill you instead.
Well, I agree with the delusional damage of cats, although this is argued in the ent by the fact that the claws of cats in the zone are somehow special and they "cut even armor". And the problem with the NPCs getting into the tuskano can probably be solved through AI processing, for example, it will force the npcs not to attack the tuskano if they attack the player.
This mod seems to be totally incompatible with Dynamic Mutants. Loading that mod over this one complete negates it, loading this one over DM causes CTD during map load.
If this mod is a simple ltx edit then I'm sure its possible to make all the same edits to DM's respective ltx files, but i haven't tried doing that yet.
Im gonna download this to find out how to change the cat speed because in Gamma 0.9.1 they nerfed the cats :( But cats are devils, they always are and will always be :D

Can you make an adjustable version of this for all mutants my god how awesome would that be.
Sliders for each mutant in MCM to be able to set the speeds of each mutant.
Hell maybe even set the speeds for factions.
Maybe Duty walks slower because they are more aware of how dangerious the zone is.
Then Freedom guys walk slower cause they are baked on the good old cannabis.

i have a mod that's basically the same as this but with coc values, take the boar files from that.
