Starting Loadout Patch - Glowsticks+Mad Mags+Arszi's Radiation Overhaul addon

Takes the glowsticks from Glowsticks, the magazines from Mad Mags, and the higher tier gas masks from Arszi's Rad Overhaul, and merges them into one loadouts file. Small patch but I didn't see anybody else that uploaded it and I wanted access to them all in a new game. Needless to say you will require those mods for this patch to be useful, they are not included.
