New closed scopes for STCoP addon

-This small addon requires a new install of STCoP and his patches themselves, not doing this may cause some screen bugs.

***HOW TO INSTALL***

-First: Install STCOP 2.9.

-Second: Install STCOP fix.

-Third: Install the scopes addon.

-Fourth: Install the Atmosfear patch.

-Fifth: Install the translation.
