Modern UI 3.0 [DirectX 8 to 11] addon

Modern UI 3.0 is the same version that Mike0422 uploaded, only improved and fixed visual 
bugs in the inventory.
It is also worth saying that this version also supports all Directx 8, 9, 10 and 11 I'm not sure 
if the solutions I made would also affect "Directx 11 and 10", I don't think they would affect 
many things and even less the state of each object, but they would help me by letting me know 
or if there is something to change, I would be happy to do it. 

Rus & Eng fonts are inside gamedata/textures/ui.

Installation: 1 - Modern UI 3.0 Eng or Modern UI 3.0 Rus in your anomaly directory or use Organizer or JSGME to 
not have any errors when deleting it in future.

•Fixed for playing in DirectX 8 and 9.

•Sorting of objects was fixed, for example: Everything - Weapons - Ammunition - medicines, etc.

•It didn't fit well in the inventory just as it couldn't be clicked on. "Classification solution"

•Removed factions from (ui_actor_menu.dds), moved to ui_actor_factions.dds.

•The images do not change nor are they less sharp than before, they have the same resolutions.

•Removed factions in File:configs/ui/textures_descr --- Arch:actor_menu.xml --- moved to ui_actor_factions.xml

•Fixed the Hunger/Thirts/Sleep bar in the inventory, it did not fit well and was moved to the "inventory".

•Built-in: ui_actor_portraits.dds / ui_hud_granade_mark.dds / ui_hud_hit_mark.dds

•If there is any problem uploading this Addon and the author does not agree, it will be deleted.
