Update on my previous statement: I tried to play the campaign and I noticed that most of the unit descriptions are blank, so I guess my game doesnt display Russian letters. I checked my region non-unicode settings, its set on Russian. Any advice?
P.S removing the russian .pak brings back whole description, so it's clearly that russian doesnt display.
Okay, I dealt with it by installing the Cyrillic fonts
UPD: First time here, didnt see "edit" option, sorry for spam. The problem is partially solved, although some abilities are still in English. If there is a better fix, I would appreciate an advice.
Last UPD: I'm retard, I installed the fonts but forgot to put the .pak back to the data folder after theory check. now everything is good. Well translated and well - made. Thank you.
I put the .pak in my data folder, but the game is still in english (im using steam version), what should I do?

Что удалить то? Уже двести раз всё удалял, восстанавливал и перепаковывал - нет голоса, хоть убейся.
