Wonderful. The default companion ui is very dated imo.

Very nice and clean looking :)

Would you be able to allow the name of the companion displayed too? Just so I can keep track of who is who.

Other then that I love how simple and clean this looks.

10/10 from me :)

Have a good new year.

I was thinking the same, but I'm not sure how to add that. I think it would need scripting, which is beyond me. Sorry.

So if anyone with more modding knowledge wants to make a name addon, they have permission to use this as a base.

I like this a lot, always hated the obnoxious images of my companions cluttering up the screen. But could you somehow add the names of companions above their health bars? Makes it hard to keep track of who's low on health or who has died when its just a bunch of health bars with nothing to signify who the health bar belongs to

Very good point! Adding their rank near their name would be even better! Kageeskl

needs to display the names and it should moved maybe on top of the health bar since its so small now that you could miss it

Unfortunately, the display does not like resolutions above 1080p.
Any distance above three digits messes with the UI and the background is misaligned. :/

Thanks for pointing this out, I've made a patch adding an option for higher resolutions.

Works great!
I hate messing with hud-related xml files. It's a pain.
Thanks again!

Works amazing! One question though, how did you get tritium sights on the weapon shown in screenshot 2a?

Glad you like it.

That's the RAPTR shotgun from stalker GAMMA. It comes with tritium sights stock, I think its exclusive to GAMMA though.

minimal and neat, great to have this, thanks!

how about an optional version that places those horizontally bottom-middle? Alwys thought they were weird hovering up mid-screen.

Oh amazing I was searching how manage the emplacement of the UI companions !

Thank you for your work !

Can we manage the emplacement of the UI ?
(to stick them to the right slide of my screen and maybe more making sure it does not start too high, so as to place a map on the top right of the screen without overlapping)

EDIT : I found in the gamedata\configs\ui\ui_hud.xml
search the line :
companion_list x="949" y="47" (values can be different if you take 1080p option)
decrease "y" to down the list or the opposite
same with "x" to move right and left

Best regards !

Magnifique ! De toute beauté !

Thank a lot !

In 2560x1440 (16:9) with the values companion_list x="987" y="117" :
Ibb.co

Sometimes there is overlay of layers :
Ibb.co

it depends maybe the distance.

I test without my 2 modifications for postion it is the same.
Maybe add just a little space between each companion line ?

Can you add their name, so one knows who is who? If it isn't too much to ask.
