After enduring decades of American occupation, Japan rallies to reclaim its independence. With South Korea as its ally and a token of assistance from Australia, they form the Pacific Front, becoming a part of the Allied Nations.

SOVIETS

Beneath the suppressive yoke of the Allied Nations, the Soviet Union simmers with unrest, secretly priming itself for a resolute stand. Currently under the puppet leadership of Premier Romanov, the USSR slowly begins to extricate itself from the stifling influence of the Allies. With the strategic guidance of his new adviser, Yuri, Russia embarks on a steady march towards independence.

In the obscurity of geopolitical machinations, a formidable force quietly amasses strength. PsiCorps, an elite cadre of psychic agents, emerges under the guidance of the enigmatic Yuri, trusted adviser to the Russian Premier, Romanov. This clandestine group operates like a whispered legend, their capabilities resonating with formidable power and mystery.

In parallel, the volatile landscape of the Middle East and Africa, scarred by relentless aggression from the USA, gives birth to a formidable counterforce. A charismatic leader, known only as Rashidi, galvanizes the oppressed and ignites the fires of rebellion, leading to the formation of the Scorpion Cell. Ready to emerge from obscurity, the Epsilon Army stands poised to seize the global spotlight. PsiCorps, an integral part of this emerging power, has clandestinely established numerous bases across the globe. A research facility of paramount importance now resides on the Moon, serving as a testament to their ambitious reach.

The Scorpion Cell, casting their lot with Epsilon, has transformed their technical prowess into a formidable, motorized force. Amidst the eternal chill of Antarctica, the Epsilon Headquarters rises. It stands as an austere monument to their indomitable will, single-mindedly focused on realizing Yuri's visionary masterpiece.
