This is Magic & Mayhem for Heretic, A 1995 Shareware CD made by Laser Magic, It contains 1,599 wads for Heretic and its Expanded version, Shadows Of The Serpent Riders, This file was originally on Archive.org and I decided to archive it here, This file is NOT by me and I do not take credit for it either.
