the only thing I noticed is that ai shoots at me from longer distances than before even at night.
I have a question could you make important characters immortal especially traders ...
In zaton, stalkers base is always attacked by monolith and usually monolith kills everyone

Well I have just tried. Wandering around Zaton I met a group of 4 monolith fanatics who were fighting a pseudo-giant. They were constantly shooting at him - in other words, it was very intensive combat in comparison with those combats I had seen before setting this mod, although I should say that I didn't saw anything by myself and only heard they shooting because I hid behind the rock being afraid to catch the bullet. Well 2 of them even managed to survive because the giant eventually run into an anomaly. If it it had gone round the anomaly it of course would have killed all of them. Nevetheless, it was very noticible that AI began indeed shooting oftener. Then I finished both of them and went on exploring the area further. Walking farther along the road I saw a campfire surounded other monoliths and I was walking rather far from them as they suddenly stood up and started firing at me. I had never seen such an long-range firefight before. I escaped because they outnumbered me and they were pursuing me for very LONG time. by the way, when the Zone is covered in thick fog you encounter new difficulty - you end up dead faster than notice the enemy.

Is it possible to merge this with "Stalker No Swiping"?

I think it should be compatible. "Stalker No Swiping" runs off scripts. The major changes in this mod here concern how fast and far enemy AI will spot you and alters a different file. I'm not a 100% on what the search parameters do that are defined in the "m_stalker.ltx" but I'm running "Stalker No Swiping" with an altered "m_stalker.ltx" and I have not encountered any problems yet.

Hi, could you help me with something ... How can I make the time go slower? 10x is very fast ...
What file must be modified?

There is a time-factor in the alife.ltx but you would have to unpack that file yourself from the *.dbl archives. Also fiddling with the timescale breaks the heal over time and other effects that are time sensitive e.g. radioation won't hurt you as quickly (if at all). Another thing is that the map becomes awfully small when reducing the timescale but that may be a matter of taste.

I do not recommend this mod, Dead Air Stealth is far better then anything in the game, the AI is also not as bad as the author here claims it is, the moments he is speaking of are capable in Anomaly mod as well.

Your literally removing stealth from your game for no real gain, the AI does not behave more intelligently, they just know where you are at all times, due to that they open fire a lot sooner.

Thats literally it, i feel like i wasted my time even trying this out.

My 2 cents.

A warning to one and to all: any mod that proclaims to make "AI" changes on the basis of m_stalker.ltx is inevitably misleading. The only things modifying m_stalker.ltx like this does and the only thing it CAN do is change the eyesight parameters, hearing or fire dispersions of NPCs. IOW: this doesnt actually do anything to make the AI "smarter" it merely improves their eyesight, net result being like most changes to this file that the AI ends up seeing you and shooting you while you are putting your eyeball to the screen trying to spot which pixel they are.

significant changes to "AI" can only be done through scripting. For an example, look at the work done in the "realistic rebalancing addon" for anomaly. Thats actual NPC script changes, not merely changing numbers in m_stalker.ltx

hey, thanks for giving me credit. just came back to playing this mod last night and added this without realizing it was my own file. I forgot that the npcs are really brutal with these settings.

I ended up going with the m_stalker file in this mod. it feels pretty balanced : Moddb.com

Sorry for mistakes, I use translator

This mod is great and realistic: the military at the checkpoint was attacked by dogs, so the military took to the road. At this time I tried to pass to Bogs, moving near a fence, but military saw me and started shooting. This is a plus, because before the military noticed from 30 meters, but shot from about 15 meters.

Another situation: you need to kill the bandits at the Vehicle station, and I decided to do it stealth. Need to get past a passage that looks on the bandit ( less than 10 meters). I pass, and he doesn't notice me, because I went through the bushes. Then the battle began, and here too it is necessary to praise the author of the modification: when the bandit with a TOZ-34 sees me, he almost immediately shoots all the bullets, and without modification they did it with a pause in `5 seconds.

Bottom line: the game has become more realistic, the enemies have become more dangerous, but the stealth remained.

I'm not sure if i'm super stupid but i don't even have a Creatures folder in the configs.

Do i manually have to create a Creatures folder?

Yes, you do. Not much you can do wrong there. Folders are not case-sensitive. In the end it should read "dead air/gamedata/configs/creatures".

Could you please make a version that only prevents the important NPCs from being killed?
With no changes to the AI
