Description
This mod adds the Argentine assault rifle FARA 83 to Stalker Anomaly. As a tier 0 weapon it does not come with any attachments nor scopes. It's just a plain no-nonsense assault rifle, ideal for early to mid-game.

- V0, initial upload
- V1 added NPC loadout and fixed the animation for reload (small clipping of the mag in the arm) and a fix for those experiencing issues with the high definition icons, simply delete the following file: mod_system_fara83hqi.ltx, the mod will then use a default low-definition stalker icon
- V2: fixed a small sound issue (could not find mono_close)
- V3: fixed path issue with low-def icon
- V4: fixed a texture path typo in the world model
- V5: fixed an issue with WPO on GAMMA

Correct, the npc loadout will come later. What would you think would make sense? Which npc should be carrying it?
Re icon: i'm using HD icons, injected via script. Make sure you have modded exe and the script folder installed
OK, I just copied the entire gun mod(s) both Howa and Fara into a test gamedata with BaS, no icons for either release. This is in DX11 with Binaries themrdemonized 2023.10.26, and I tried previous release.
I did a test and used an RWAP icon for yours and it showed up fine. So....
I deleted zzz_hqicons.script
Then resized ur HQ icon to 5x2 grid
Now it works...jeezuz. I ended up deleting both weapons Howa and Fara after fixing both icons for my situation. Too bad the icons didn't work out of the box. I like the weapons. ****** me off!
Look at ur Famas release and see my comments on the loadout before you do yours for Howa and Fara. Famas Feline is AWESOME. I do many gun ports and textures and icons. This did not work for me...DELETE x2 .
You still rock with most of your previous releases. Keep going!!!

Cool, but it spoils all the broken normals on weapons, it’s very noticeable, incorrect shading makes the surfaces look like they’re convex

Great addition again in short time LEWD! Forgotten Weapons enthusiast love seeing arms uncommon in media and pop culture as a whole, Howa 89 and 64 got me that hype to consider abandoning mid game play through and now with yet another banger of a release this is convinced me that is the right choice. Early game is now just a question of faction away. Many thanks for all your hard work!

i have installed with MO2, and i also have no icon. I have modded exes because i use other mods that require them, and the gun itself works fine, just the icon won't show :D

When you are reloading the magazine goes straight through a hand of actor. You should edit animations properly.
