LUN4T1Cs Extravagant Weapons Delivery - OTs-14-2A Groza "Branka" /// This unique Groza, chambered in 5.45x39 was commissioned by Pooshkin, a veteran Duty Stalker. He lovingly nicknamed his gun "Бранка" - "Branka", aka. "the Glorious defender", labelled it as such and spraypainted it in duty camo. Additionally, he only ever used 75-round drum magazines.
The OTs-14-2A is a small arms weapon system based on the 5.45x39mm AKS-74U carbine. It is a selective fire, air-cooled magazine-fed rifle with a gas-actuated piston operating system and a rotary bolt locking mechanism.
Internally the OTs-14 "Groza" series is an exact copy of AKS-74U but in a bullpup configuration and chambered for 9x39 SP-6 subsonic ammunition. The OTs-14 series shares 75% of its components with the AKS-74U. The basic components of the weapon are borrowed directly from the AKS-74U assault rifle and slightly modified, simplifying the design as a whole and making the weapon considerably cheaper. The weapon has modular design allowing for assembly of one of four weapon versions depending on the assigned mission. It is configured in a bullpup layout for increased portability and balance. The grip is displaced forward, making the assault rifle compact, suitable for concealed carrying and so well balanced that it can be fired using just one hand, like a pistol.
The OTs-14-2A is an experimental model chambered in 5.45x39mm M74 Soviet. Not widely adopted due to redundancy caused by preference for the better ballistic performance of the 7.62x39mm round when fired through a short barrel.
This particular model made it into the zone and into the hands of some veteran Duty Stalker.
Unfortunately for him, this Dutier's fate came in the form of a random Burner anomaly. Fortunately for you, you can buy his Groza from Colonel Petrenko. But he won't sell it to any run of the mill Stalker, oh no, you won't be able to Cheeki this Breeki! You must first have earned the trust and respect of Duty by protecting the planet from the perversions of the Zone and by upholding Duty's princibles of honor and duty.

that can cause problems with another addons (I got one, just changed it to wpn_groza_duty and crash is gone)

Please, tell me that that thing in the pic it's the grenade launcher (because there is a mod that add a groza 5.45 but, sadly, without a grenade launcher, so without the only sense of the groza)!

P.s. the upcoming LEWD - Groza Tactical Assault Carbine, it's 9x39? We need more functional (not like the boring vanilla groza with it's terrible optic) 9x39 rifle with grenade launcher, i think. And, for the future, i think that the calibre 7.62x54 should have more love. Also, right now, because there is not over heating of the barrels, i think that there is not real benefit to choose a lmg over a simple automatic rifle. You take more weight for really few benefit. Maybe so a rework of some lmg could make them more useful, expecially those with intermediate cartridge (those with 7.62x51/54 at least have the pros to use ammo that is more powerful of those of assault rifle) but i really don't know what should be changed (maybe simple an increase of rate of fire)
Hello again, I have tested the weapon and found a couple errors (?) on v2
1. There is no weapon running animation
2. When the weapon jams reloading won't unjam it. You gotta switch to 3rd person then reload twice for it to successfully unjam, then you can switch back to 1st person and continue as normal until it jams again.
Only that, excellent work as always. This weapon is an absolute mutant grinder and has amazing visuals. I love the under-barrel GL. Really fun weapon to use

to 1): that is strange. for me it goes into "lower weapon" position for running. But then agiain that might come from a mod I always use that forces this. The weapon has sprint anims set:
anm_idle_sprint = groza_idle_sprint
anm_idle_sprint_g = groza_idle_sprint, idle_g
anm_idle_sprint_w_gl = groza_idle_sprint
but if you say they don't trigger then I don't know want to do...
To 2) similar issue, here in Anomaly vanilla there are no anims for it. I think you have to either double tap R or long-press R. maybe I need to add a patch for that (so that it copies the behaviour of the normal Groza, where some other modders have patched it I think). I'll need to do some digging.
In the meantime, keep you gun clean and in good condition! The Duty doctrine forbids enganging with unfit equipment. Please report to your quartemaster for exemplary punishment (kitchen duty for 2 weeks).

I'll check in case It's on my end that might be causing #1 (as far as memory serves I don't have any addons that would cause it, but could be mistaken). As for #2 I have never had to long-press or double tap to unjam any weapon before, also reloading twice on 1st person didn't unjam or even trigger the reload animation. I'll double check with both the EFP patch and without, will report back if I find anything worthwile.

The jamming bug exists in the OG version too, so it isn't a problem on your end. But with pleasure there should be a little pain too, stalker. Keep your Rusak gun oil reserves stocked up so you don't find yourself in this predicament again.
No idea it occurred in unmodded Anomaly, never experienced. In any case:
Spent some time testing with all mods disabled (except for BaS, MCM and this one), also tested with and without the eft patch, same results as if without it.
1. All mods removed still no animation, there's only sway
2. Jamming weapon bug still occurs
Initially I thought the issues could be caused by the INERTIA addon, or the EFT weapon rattle addon but with those disabled the problems still persist.
In case anyone else is experiencing this bug (or maybe this could help find what happened) here are some things that helps bypass the weapon jam
1. Holster the weapon > Raise the weapon > Switch to under-barrel > Shoot using grenade launcher > Reload the grenade launcher twice (the first reload will not count) > Switch back to main fire > Weapon can be used as normal again until it jams.
2. Holster the weapon > Raise the weapon > Change ammunition type > Weapon can be used as normal again until it jams.
Notes I might have forgotten to add previously
1. Holstering then raising the weapon by itself won't allow you to unjam or reload the jammed weapon.
2. When attempting to reload the jammed weapon it'll lower as if attempting to perform an animation but will get stuck
3. when bypassing the jamming the normal animation for reloading will be used next time you reload (given the weapon doesn't jam again)
It's still one hell of a weapon tho, just gotta keep the shooter polished and keep a decent sidearm with you always.
have you tried manually discharging the weapon i.e. unloading it in inventory, then reloading it? not tryna insult, just a suggestion. I haven't gotten DLTX for myself yet and i can't test it for myself
Just tested this and no, the weapon unloads fine but when you try to reload it plays the reloading sound then lowers as if you were holstering it but never comes back up nor reloads. I thought it would work not gonna lie.

Please, can you add the possibility to use some other scopes, maybe pso-1 (the bas version without eyecup)? Because, the only reason to use a groza, instead of any other assault rifle it's the not detachable grenade launcher, which make the weapon immune to the grenade launcher bug (you lost a grenade in the launcher every time you put/change/take away the scope). But, if we can't change the scope, then the only advantage of the groza over other weapons it's gone. And why use a weapon that can't mount a silencer, when there are tons of 5.45 aks that can mount a GL and a silencer AND can change scopes?
well the weapon is a unique weapon, that comes in this permanent config (including the custom camo texture on the scope etc.). But if there's a great need for additional scopes, then I might make a patch for it. But I would not add more scopes than the Vanilla ones, as this gun aims more at vanilla players. My upcoming Groza Tactical Assault Carbine will maybe satify your needs better... good hunting Stalker

Because it's something a Dutier WOULD use. Duty is all about bulky armour, big mags and close quarters combat. It is not for sneeki breeki gameplay, that is why I requested the mod author to integrate the kobra sight on it and to remove the possibility of adding a silencer. It's basically a bullpup LMG with grenade launcher at this point.
Yeah, ok for silencer, but how about to aim at long distances? If we can put a magnified scope, then we can kill more enemies.
Accuracy through volume of fire is Duty's unofficial motto. Throw enough bullets at a direction and whatever you are shooting will fall.

How to istall mod? I use MO2 + Anomaly EFP3.0. And it doesn`t work. MO2 writes `` The content of <efp> doesn`t look valid``. How can I fix it? Thanks

I can't help you with EFP. there's ample tutorials and guides for EFP on their discord.
EDIT: you need to select at least the base mod and additionally you can select the EFP patch if you want to have it positioned as the other guns in EFP)

just download the mod, open MO2 and click on "install a new mod..." (2nd button from the left on the top) and select the zip file (no need to unpack, MO2 takes care of it all).
then select the options you want (for Gamma, you might want to also select the EFT patch, that will repostion to gun to how they are in GAMMA)

Please don't take offense but have you considered releasing this as a basic Groza replacement without the customized graphics (just going with the weathered normal stalker look for textures). This would be a great replacement for the Groza in general. Thanks for your consideration.
