An unoffical update to Leader Overhaul 1.2 + Bug Fixes that fixes more bugs, balances the game so that AI do not spam counter units as much, and adds Spartan 3's.
This is essentaily an overwrite mod for Leader Overhaul 1.2 + Bug Fixes. Requries the orginal mod to work which can be found here. Moddb.com
There is a lot of changes so I will list what I know off the top of my Head.
- Adds Spartan 3 Squad. Stats Balanced around a Basic Spartan unit, but comprised of a squad of ODST Units with shields that use a separate spartan 3 Pop Cap due to the fact they do not have the ability to hijack units. Have all other ability's of a spartan including dodge.
- Fixes many descriptions for unit upgrades with the covenant not having a description or proper title.
- Fixes descriptions for units in the Unsc and Rebels not having a description or proper title.
- Increases the unit cap by about 150 Through the last upgrade of the Reinforcements/Followers upgrade. Each tier of the upgrade allows to build more Spartans/Covenant Leader Units. Makes the Last Tier cost 2000 Supply and 4 power for both factions.
- Can make 6 Spartan 2's and 9 Spartan 3's Overall cost of all units in the game increased. Basic Infantry cost decreased to compensate for early game.
- Rebel Faction rebalanced now more focused on having a unit advantage very cheap basic Infantry cost at 75 Supply. Can have 3 Rebel Commanded Units.
- Covenant can have 3 Leader Units.
- Unsc More Focused on trying to win quickly through use of appropriate unit types. While Covenant can just turtle to building scarab units and leader units. Unsc Primary counter to Covenant late game is Spartans. Cost of Vulture increased to 1100 Supply.
- Fixed Bugs related to unit tatics such as Elite Needle elites not having working grenades.
- Made Spartan BR and Spartan SMG build from the Elephant
- Reverts Campaign changes to vanilla campaign AI as Legendary Campaign was basically impossible with the new Covenant units. Campaign AI Still builds the new units as a plus, but not so crazy as before.
- Makes Covenant Mega Turret Upgrade Cost More, and take longer to build as its basically a game ender.
- Gives the Covenant Watchtower turret a health Bar as to help elevate the fact they can't be recycled due to a game bug.
- Made Leader units Spartans that to my knowledge best represent the respective UNSC Leader. Alice for Anders and Douglas for Forge.
- Fixed a major bug with Minigun Spartans where upon throwing grenades they would shoot them as the Chaingun animation dealing massive damage in an AOE.
- Fixed an issue where upgrading the elephant for the rebel faction would disallow building of Rebel Infantry.
- Made Hero Type units Able to Reach 5 Stars of Vetrancy instead of 3. Which include Spartans, Leader Units, Scarabs, Vultures, and Rebel MG.
There is a few other things this mod does but don't remember of the top of my head. These are the most Important.
Just overwrite any files that conflict with the mod when copying into the Root folder of the Leader Overhaul 1.2 + Bug Fixes MOD.

Does this include other changes made since last version- banshee evade for example?
Im not sure if banshee evade is Enabled. When u Say Since last Version do you Mean version 1.1 or What version are you talking this includes any changes since 1.2+ Bug Fixes since you need the full version of the mod for this to work since its just an addon.
If you notice any bugs or Something weird Let me know Got a new version coming up soon that fixes more descriptions and that's about it. Will be working on making the AI in Skirmish Work Better Let me know if the Campaign feels Right to you as Well it should feel much more plausible on Legendary.
Got another update in the works. Fixes the bug where the Minigun units will sometimes shoot multiple grenades automatically for no reason. Let me know if You see any Covenant bugs it seems like they are mostly ok right now.
Now Working on adding Engineer Units for all factions. Where as you can build structures anywhere on the map limited to two Engineer units. Possibly adding a capture option for Engineer units against Engineer units to build opposing structures.
