In KF-Insurrection you and up to 5 friends of your choice will venture through one of the biggest Horzine facility located in cold mountains of northern Europe.
The installations you will encounter are specialized in the mass production, combat testing and ground deployment of ZED specimens. However what is important for this mission is their work on studying the neuronal synapses that control the ZED behavior.
Radio transmissions will assist you finding your way into the research area with the sole purpose of recovering the data and, if you are lucky, find a way of using it to change the ZED primal instincts and turn them against each other.
Notes:
Map takes 45-60 minutes from start to finish.
There are 20 Collectibles in the form of infant clot mothers. Can you find them all?
Custom radio voices will help you through the map.
Custom respawn areas allow the dead players to rejoin the adventure at designated points.
Much script errors warning.
There were many error/warning messages and I had stuck at one of the rock pillar.

This is an awesome, interesting and inspiring objective based map. I'm sure a crazy amount of time was put into it, and it is a great effort. It has nice water effects, great looking caves and even traversing the rocky caves was one of the challenges. Custom voice was awesome and good sound volume. Very limited amount of guns so using ammo sparingly was a big thing, I had to melee with Katana wherever I could. I only stopped playing as I ran out of ammo but next time I'll be even more careful.
Some objectives are about turning on power (and yeah finding the switch was a challenge in itself), holding certain rooms (with a progress bar), finding alternative routes to move forward etc. Cool intro also with a fade effect. Definitely challenging but not ridiculous either.
As the others also said, there are errors popping up, but it doesn't seem like it has effected game play, everything seems to work fine. Awesome effort from map maker, and look forward to final version (without errors).

Hi, thanks for the comments! We will definitively put all the efforts on updating the map.
The errors popping up appears because Zeds are trying to get spawned in places they can't, this could occur since they are spawned randomly using the same origin points (there is a chance a Zed may take some time to decide moving to the player so it temporarily blocks the next Zed spawn).
Noticed also the issues in the cave and the ammo. I will let you know guys (here and in the KF2 forum) when next version comes up.
Hi, for those people downloading the map from now, I amended the stuck problem in the caves to be sure nobody gets stuck in that part. Notice it's a 60 minute length map, caves are just the first 5 minutes : ) I also spotted the reason why the spawned weapons were gone: the game was deleting the items on map start!
