Conflicting with : Moddb.com and making some knife icons invisible. Might wanna check that out. Just a heads up.
Update1 Fix...missing knife icons
First I made it for "Only devices" version
Now Fix it add select menu for MO2
Reinstall it and select "All in One"

Looks excellent. But, isn't PACK OF NEW DEVICES FOR ANOMALY broken and lacking patches for common mods?
Even when manually patched, the display for the radio is barely visible, too much conflict with lighting or something. I had hoped this new retexture would help with visibility, but the radio display is still impossible to use really.
That's a shame - I actually really like this version of the RF Receiver compared to the block of metal we have in vanilla.
Don't know why you guy still got a problem with RF Receiver scrip. For me PACK OF NEW DEVICES last update on "Jun 30th, 2021" work fine. Maybe you should try reinstall new version.
I'm not experiencing that and I'm using 120 mods, just updated with the author fix and made sure to load the mod AFTER New Devices one, working like a charm rn.
same issue here, thought it was because of my reshade preset but turning that off did nothing, the frequency is plainly not visible. hope i can figure out what i did wrong, this model looks cool as hell

UPD: rename the ui textures same in dltx mod, it helped me
