Start HVGT.WAD using GZDoom source port as always, i guess. I advise to play mappack on Ultra-Violence difficulty level! Read README.TXT before playing!!!

Screenshots are more useful than edgy fonts and pentagrams.
I agree, I just think that the "edgy artwork" preview works better, more eye-catching. I added some screenshots to the description.
"Edgy artwork" is nice and all but actual game screenshots are still better appreciated. Good that you did add the actual screenshots so as to avoid your file being flagged by others as a possible terry wad. Played it and it was fun.
