Thanks for your efforts. Will download and look, but please comment on whether/where your file can be tweaked for personal setting, such as simply broadening the range (1-5x) rather than a maxed out pack size. S!

EDIT: I see some mutant pack sizes already adjust by level (didn't notice as I played), but for example, in your modded .ltx file for 'zombied' the variable npc_in_squad = 6, 10 does not change by level across novice to veteran, so I must be missing something?

The line above, npc_random = seems to list the possible choices of difficulty of each AI spawned, and then npc_in_squad = selects at random from the list?

Can't remember without going through all it today, but this mod was very quick and dirty and I only released it due to requests and the fact that its pretty damn fun. npc_in_squad = 6, 10 means I will be between 6 and 10 units or mutants in a "squad" iirc

isn't there an adjuster in settings for that or you just want more people inside the zone?

I assume you can edit the file to suit your needs.

Edit: The author already mentioned it.

Is new game required for this? I was always looking for a more alive zone. The spawn places are always predictable and I don't see a pack of x mutant fighting with a x-mutant even though I jacked all the settings to have zone be more populated. Anyone know another mod that adds more life to the zone, more spawns and randomized spawns? Would be much appreciated

Hey there !

Would it be possible to keep the original values in the config file for info ?
I'm also seconding the previous question ^^ is a new game a requirement ?

Sounds nice anyway, thanks !

Also, I'm wondering, there is three mutants not used at the end of the file; would they be working content or are they broken in any way ? It would be cool to add them ingame, but I don't want to add them in random spawn of other creatures, it would need totally new spawn for them, and I don't know how to do it, or even what files does it...

Any idea ? ^^
And well, that appart, coming back after playing with the modified file for some days and everything seems fine ! Thanks.

Thanks for this, I'll be trying it tonight. I hope its not too chaotic, I just want a "dangerous zone" feeling without the danger only being war.

Think you could alter this mod so that this mutant swarms are rare occurrences instead of every single mutant group being like this? Maybe they could be scripted to spawn up to an hour or so before an emission happens.

adjust population count to 0.25 or 0.5, which affects squad count not npcs in the squads.

All great, especially zombies, dogs, boars. But pseudo-dogs are too many. How to reduce them?
