With few exceptions, only guides sell you info on hidden routes. The exceptions are Forester because he is Forester and Stribog because there isn't a Sin guide ALSO SEARGENT SPOONER BECAUSE HE TECHNICALLY IS THE MILITARY GUIDE and also Professor Sakharov because he is Professor Sakharov and Wolf because

That is very nice! I believe it adds even more realism, in a way that doesn't break the fun in the actual gameplaying! Why would the arms dealers have the maps locations and the actual terrain guides don't was beyond me.

Edit: Hey, SuperGopnik, Spore still sells routes instead of Clear Sky's guide, Ivan Trodnik.
I was reading below that there still some arms dealers that sell routes and guides that don't. I'm gonna admit that I didn't play IgonNitch's "The Zone", but did you proof-tested when you ported it to an individual addon? I wouldn't know if the stuff that makes the guides sell the routes instead of arms dealers were already functional there (In IgorNitch's mod).
Edit2: Hey, SuperGopnik, please forget my first edit. I've downloaded version 1.5, and everything's normal now. Clear Sky's guide is now selling routes. Thanks for the fix!
Edit, July 2021 - The Zaton, Jupiter and Pripyat Outskirts' guides don't sell routes. I guess it's just the guides from the two first games that are affected. Also, it somewhat affected Snitch, in the Bar, to not sell any more maps.
I didn't port it from IgorNitch's addon, I re-created it, like my other addons inspired by his addon. Making this was as simple as copypasting a single line to places and removing it from other places, so I thought there was no point in testing it out. Forgetting about certain characters and locations is the only possible mistake.
Loris still sell routes
Fixed, alongside Zhurov. Also, added character_desc_escape.xml to the Arszi's Immersive Dynamic Tasks compatibility patch.
Soldier trader dude still sells routes in Agroprom. Its normal right? Because soldier has no guide
He technically is a guide, since you can "fly" to Cordon and Yantar through him. So yes it is intentional
Not sure if this is conflicting with GhenTuong Tasks Pack v2 that I have merged with Arszi's Immersive tasks, but Wolf doesn't have the dialogue option to buy routes for me.
Uploaded a new version, he sells routes in both character_desc_escape.xml files

Wolf works now. Loaded up debug and was able to buy every route from him. This is a great addon. Makes guides more useful now.
