Good, but there also settings that i can lower (with this mod) to gain some fps (the problem is not ram nor cpu but my silly integrated gpu)?
No, these have no impact on performance. There is not much you can do, except disable grass, sun and lower trees quality.

One thing you could try is to download CoC, unpack maps and resources databases with AXR toolset. Then place unpacked levels folder and textures/trees in Anomaly gamedata. I tried opposite - added Anomaly levels and textures to CoC which worked, but dropped fps immediately. So maybe it will work the other way for you.

EDIT EDIT: OK, with dx9 and that mod, togeter, i can play at 35-40 fps, and with dx 8 and that mod, at 44-45 fps, so good, thanks!
EDIT: thanks, but it changes nothing for me, maybe because in the past i addeded (and the removed, both times manual) Anomaly for Potatoes mod, that had changed the same things, but i still run the game at an average of 30 fps in mostly maps.

Hey, how much FPS did you got? I'm thinking about doing the same but I'm afraid this is going to take a lot of time (downloading coc then upacking files) I really want this to be worth it haha.
I didn't download CoC for the same reason, but i installed this mod Moddb.com (thanks to Niandica user) and lowered to dx8/dx9.
With this mod and dx8 i can play to 44-45 fps
The difference between 8 and 9 are very noticeable i found. Have you tried a lower resolution? Under the misc settings, choose the lowest number Shadow Map. I'm not sure what it does but read it can help, when i researched the topic before i upgraded my GPU. Only other thing i can suggest is update drivers, and check Task Manager to see if anything at all is using any of your graphics.
I've already a monitor that is not hd, but about 1300x about 700 (i don't remember the exact number and i'm too lazy for search, lol) so the resolution it's already pretty lower. Shadow map already at minimun, drivers the newest, i'll check task manager, thanks. Anyway, with dx9 very rarely fps goes under 30, so it's nearly good. Dx8 it's better
Ok, solved: with dx8, the mod with no grass and lod, i've found that i can even play stable at 55 fps, so it's perfect for me, thanks all!

Except for maps like Agroprom, where fps goes down to 22-25 near the toxic swamp, but if i'm aiming with my weapon, than no fps loss.
About that CoC textures...
I tried unpacking it and installing the textures via MO2 and...
IT WORKED!
But the fps boost was not too big, just 10-20 fps for me.. but since youre playing in dx8 with no grass then you will certainly get some more FPS.
The only problem is the loading times, it got increased for some reason, this one can probably be solved by packing the files again and replace anomaly's own packed texture/level files, but im not sure.

Queston; how to simply reset the ability to rebind it back to tab in MO2? I uninstalled it and reinstalled it (didn't work), installed it and went into the virtual folder and deleted every file (both config files, and both script files) and went about reinstalling the mod from a fresh download (didn't work), reset user.ltx (didn't work).
Stupidly set it to a keypad key and now seemingly gated from this mod, as my laptop doesn't have a keypad.
Update: throwing the files into the overwrite (from a new download, deleted the old one) didn't do anything
Should've done some MCM thing to sorta prevent this (at least from the user's side).
I don't have a numberpad :( looking for way to change possible binds
