That mod doesn't work for me :(
are you using the latest version of GZDooM? Thats the version I tested it with, if so just drag and drop the pk3 over the GZDoom and should work fine(I just downloaded and tested it directly before making this comment)

Tried it with the latest GZdoom using ZDL 3.2.2.3 beta, loaded alone (just this mod) in Freedoom, freedoom 2, and Doom 2, not working. Windows 11 OS.
Im using GZDoom g4.8.2 and have no issue with it
u try using console commands to summon them to see if loading up right?(its what I did)
I.E "summon soulsphere" should give u the terminator armor powerup etc
