A reshade preset optimised for the Anomaly GAMMA version of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Includes ray tracing (SSPTGI), global illumination and ambient occlusion and anti-aliasing.
ATTENTION!!
Ray tracing is costly on FPS but it is well worth it visually. However some people do not understand how performance works so here is a quick explanation.
Reshade OFF = 120 FPS
Reshade ON = 90 FPS
This does not mean the reshade costs 30 FPS for everyone. It means it costs 25% of rendering power on MY GPU. On yours it could be a higher % or less. On Army Warehouses, at the main DUTY base, I get 65fps average OFF and 55fps ON depending on where I am facing. Test the mod yourself, in different areas and let me know your results and I will help you gain some extra FPS.
Below are my PC specs so you can compare and there is a video which shows the FPS I get with the reshade turned on. This reshade is purely for achieving the best visuals, not for good performance. My PC is as follows:
GPU - RTX 3060TI
CPU - RX 5600X
I get a smooth 60-90 fps gameplay except when in some bases.

LUMSCALE SETTINGS
As this mod includes bounce lighting and ambient occlusion, I have rebalanced the lumscale settings to allow for extra brightening and darkening without resulting in over-contrasting.
lumscale - 2.5
lumscale_hemi - 2.0
lumscale_amb - 1.5
Feel free to change yours as you see fit to achieve your desired result
Aaaay, cheeky breekys!
Welcome to ILLUMINATE. My sole focus here over the past week has been to provide an efficient reshade preset that achieves realistic and immersive gameplay and graphics.
MY RESHADE CREATION PROCESS
1. Highlight areas to improve.
2. Test available options for each area (i.e sharpening, bloom, colour pallet) and choose 1 that has the best performance and achieves the desired result.
3. Avoid using multiple FX to save on performance.
4. Avoid extremities to better balance across all users devices
5. Provide a balanced, base preset with a guide for the user to then make their own changes to achieve their personal taste
I will continue to update this mod based on feedback and continued playthrough but for now, here is the 1.0 version. I have all the instructions to install below, quick and simple.

SIMPLE INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS
Put the files in the downloaded folder into your games "bin" folder. For example, my games "bin" folder
is here:
E:\GAMMA ANOMALY INSTALL\Anomaly-1.5.1.2\bin
Then start your game as usual.
KEYBINDS
Home - toggle reshade menu
PAGE UP - toggle RTGI
PAGE DOWN - toggle DOF
END - toggle Bloom + Auto-Exposure
NON-RTGI USERS
If you have not paid for the RTGI fx then I have made a substitute for you using the MXAO fx.
Simply open the reshade menu (HOME) and click the toggle button next to "MXAO [quintmxao.fx]" option.
It is not as good as RTGI but it is the best alternative.
EDITING YOUR OWN RESHADE
To edit a reshade preset:
1. Copy and paste the current preset you want to edit (i.e "TLOU_Cinematic.ini") and rename it to what ever you like
2. Press "HOME" button to open the reshade menu
3. At the top of the menu, click the drop-down tab and find your renamed preset
4. Make sure "Performance Mode" is off by pressing "PG DN" button, to allow editing.
5. If you mess it up, you can always go back to my preset and start again because you COPY and PASTED

IMPORTANT!
RTGI is not included with reshade. To obtain the RTGI fx used in this preset, go here Patreon.com. An alternative version has been included using MXAO which is not as good but the best reshade can offer for free. Instructions are in the download.

I would like to receive, along with the shade, a lighting configuration file that suits it.
These are my current lumscale settings:
Lumscale @ 2.5 (to account for bounce lighting)
hemi @ 2.0
amb @ 1.5 (to account for PTAO)
Other than this, I have not made any changes. The rest is all gamma default
From *your* video I can see a huge performance hit, like -30 fps when fx is enabled...
So I ask you: what GPU do you have?
RTX 3060TI. I get 60+ fps except in some bases. It runs good for me :)
