For the Missing animations, I currently don't know how to create new animations so this was done by using a similar animation already provided by FDDA, rather than having none at all. Patches are included/added upon request. Please also check out my other mod that changes the max use of items to add more visual realism to the game. no more 3 cigs to a pack or 2 pills in a bottle of yadylin.

If your curious about why items like chocolate, trail mix and some others are actually sausage in disguise. Don't question the ways of the zone, Anomaly's lay everywhere... Or maybe you got scammed.
Installation- You should install this and any other addon with Mod Organizer 2 as it is the safest way to mod your game and easily find mod conflictions.

Recommendation - For even more Immersion in the zone! Make sure to thank Mirrowel for all their work!
Make sure to manually install my mod after FDDA either directly after it or last in the load order to avoid any conflicts.
Here's my example load order if you run into any issues.
Mod Organizer Install Instructions
Use Fomod Or Install this mod manually, Only use one folder!
Right click on the version of the mod you would like to install, then click set as <anomaly> directory.
Use the Main file or one of the compatibility patches, FDDA Enhanced Animations is compatible with or without Gamma.
If done correctly The content of the folder will be valid, then click ok and its installed. Just make sure my mod is loaded after FDDA v0.9a.

FDDA Enhanced Animations - One file must be deleted. On Mod Organizer, you can search for a mod with the bar that ways filter. Right click on the mod then click open in explorer. Here is its location, gamedata\configs\items\items.

The usual substitution of animations with other food products, eg MRE has animations for eating canned tomatoes, as a substitute it is good. But we're waiting for the official Food drug and drinks animations :D

Yeah but wrong items in the animation. So in my opinion it's better to have no animations than wrong items.
Yes, that and all the other items in the preview image now use a relatively similar animation. I noticed I would end up with those items pretty often and felt it was a bit op to have some consumables without animations taking 3 sec to use compared to the drawn out eating or smoking animations. Which could easily be abused during battle's.

It looks like nothing was changed in the files my mod edits this time. The new version is still working for me so if its crashing for you make sure the download my update from yesterday.
Tobaccos (cigarrete animation) don't have smoke coming out for some reason.

Theirs a more detailed explanation in description, but you need feel fried's Food, Drug and Drinks Animations and then you install this mod after that. It comes with compatibility patches for other mods so if you would like to use those copy the folders inside the gamedata of the desired patch into the primary gamedata folder. You can then delete the patches if you like but leaving them wont cause any issues.
I added a mod called SEPARATED HELMETS OUTFITS BACKPACKS 1.1.4 and since its been installed the animations have stopped.

With new update from the original mod i get a crash/freeze went trying to loot mutants, though i am running the Dynamic Mutants MOD, but if i uninstall this mod all works well.
Do you know if the Dynamic Mutants mod page is still up? I'm having trouble finding it. If I can get a copy I can take a look at the files for for any conflicts that could be causing your issues.

Any way, to be clear, i think the problem is with the new version of: Food, drug and drinks animations (v0.8.6.8e.1), in the changelog they says:
"- Added camera animations instead of camera lock on mutant for bag animation
- From now mutant parts animations visuals depends from looted mutant part"
Now before that version I havent any trouble, but with it, if a try to loot a mutant some times the game freeze dead, but if i uninstall your mod it works fine.
I've been testing with just the food and drug, my mod and dynamic mutants and I haven't been able to repeat your issue, is their a certain creature that makes you crash or is it at random? I have also updated some of my mods files before testing so I could have fixed that issue already. I've also found an issue with my mod where cigarettes' don't have smoke and some lock you in animation making you reload. So ill have to fix those issues as well in a new update.
Went it happen to me, i was trying to skin/loot a Monster Boar, that is added by Dynamic Mutants. It was in the Radar map
That could be the issue since food and drugs animations doesn't have a looting animation made for the monster boar, I could try and add a animation for a different creature if it is possible so it doesn't crash.
Yeah, but it didnt happen before, yesterday all was fine, i been using your mod with Dynamic Mutants for months no trouble, i installed the new version of Food, drug and drinks animations and got the crash, But without your mod it work fine.
In the comment section of Food, drug and drinks animations someone is having the same problem, but the autor say is a scrip problem with third party patches
I see sorry for my confusion, once I find all the changes that where made Ill see if that monster boar causes issues and upload the new version. I Think that script change is the main cause of my issue ill see if I can figure it out

No problem, I welcome any help since I'm still very new at modding. I think I may have found a temporary fix while I prepare the new update. If you delete the script folder from my mod it should stop the crashing. The only changes I made to it was for smoke effects and those are currently not working anyways.
it's shouldn't be an issue, FDDA don't have separate anims for mutants kinds, it use mutants parts table to match the anim, and if it can't find looted part in table it's just choose random mutant part anim.
Weird, install this and the knifing animation have a delay with a little woble like vanilla after taking loot
I've tried to replicate the issue and I don't seem to be having this problem, Is this when you have your knife equip and try to swing it? If so it could be a conflict or because of an older version of Food, Drug and Drinks Animations I'm using and updated this mod for V0.8.7c.2
I looked through the conflict with MO2 and your mod seem to be using old enhanced_animations.script, so i replace it with the version from Original mod and it work normal again.
Edit: Look like Cannabis patch is using old enhanced_animation.script
Thanks for letting me know, I shouldn't have included that script folder at all since it was updated. I just put up a new version so nobody else will run into this issue.
