Fixed damage DX8 chemical anomaly FPS drop fix addon

So, I grew suspicious after these anomalies began to oneshot me in Army Exo with, like, over the half chem res bar filled. My suspicions vanished when one of those oneshot me in SSP Ecolog suit and 2 Bracelet artifacts.

Damage radius: 1.25 > 0.85 still bigger than where originals begin to damage you, but oh well, otherwise it looks stupid. Now it doesn't slap you through walls... most of the time.

Damage numbers: Reduced by about two thirds for all anomalies

Strong chem anomaly: they leave you on about 15-20% health if you "graze" them in a strong tox resistant suit like Army Nosorog or SEVA and oneshot if you run into them. Best chem SSP suits should theoretically get oneshot in such bold case too.

Medium anomaly: they cut down your health by about a half if you touch them in a strong suit. Enough to survive two hits, or one in a weaker suit.

Weak anomaly: They tickle. Still can severely damage you or oneshot without protection.

I have no idea where weak or strong ones are placed other than knowing that some anomalous fields in Pripyat have medium ones and strong ones are placed blatantly and obviously like one on the stairs in Agroprom underground.

I didn't have much opportunities to test things properly cause this is literally second time I went to edit smth in the game's files myself, so the damage radius is only approximate. Also, I tried to recreate damage numbers by licking anomalies carefully with and without the addon. They probably still deal more damage. Or less. Not that it's that much of a difference.

Install by ModOrganizer, JSGME or whatever the usual way you do it. Theres a folder within the 7z file that contains the gamedata folder itself.
