A collection of medical item animations, models and textures for FDDA. Sister mod to FDDA Enhanced Animations - Food and drinks.
As many items as possible were converted to fancier gunslinger animations.
Some items had their use sounds replaced/enhanced.
There werent many gunslinger medical animations, but this has injector, bandage and exo anims.
Originally made/adapted for BHS realistic overhaul by me, but separated out into a separate mod. Fully DLTX.
Dont use with BHS Realistic overhaul.They are already included in that
List:
Medkits are untouched.
Bandage replaced.
All the injector animations use the gunslinger injector one.
Exo animations added.
That is it. There really arent that many of them.
To the accusations of being "stolen" : this was made on aug 9th in the original mod it was separated from. The mod accusing this of being stolen was uploaded on 18th.
Both are coming from the same sources, so funny how the guy accuses me of stealing.

- Added the MCM unlocker by default to fix the skinning problem. It has everything disabled by default to not mess with gamma and other modpacks.

Fixed a leftover file i forgot to remove and a scientific medkit in exo had a typo in the config.
Can you replace the first aid kit animation from FDDA with the first aid kit animation from Gunslinger?

FDDA's rebirth animation is the gunslinger medkit animation. Do you think you could change the medkit in FDDA to the FDDA rebirth (gunslinger medkit). That would be very cool!
in that one fingers clip through the thing. At most it would be for morphine or something similar. Medkits have really good anims in FDDA.
Yea I do see it slightly clips into the syringe near the end (atleast for me in EFP & GAMMA modpacks). Is it hard to change the rebirth animation from FDDA to replace the medkit? I'd like to do that but I have zero experience editing ltx files and such.
I won't do that as that is a straight animation downgrade. Medkit has a nice animation specifically for a medkit. Stimpack though is a good idea

Edit: also had to add stuff like the scientific medkit because for some reason it wasn't enabled by default?
like its got all the animations there, the normal and military meddkit works fine but scientific medkit wasn't being told what animation to use?
Kinda off but figurred i'd mention it for anyone who runs into a similar issue.
Just delete enhanced_animations_mcm.script
I found deleting enhanced animations broke it :P
i just deleted the outdated MCM and then went in and added a line or two for scientific medkits to use the proper sound and animation.

Just reinstall the mod. I updated and fixed the issues
It is a medical part of Enhanced animations mod separated from BHS overhaul. I dont care about it being a "copy"

Thanks for yet another great addition to FDDA. Moreover, my special appreciation for providing people the choice what to install or not by splitting your BHS upgrade into several addons - great idea which was utterly needed for Anomaly modding community. Wish to see this pattern to be spreaded accross all major mods - existing and coming - and become de facto standart as DLTX nowadays.

Is it possible to get rid of those injector animations? Playing with Gamma and those gunslinger injector animations are taking way too long.
Well that is how i see it. You can change individual objects to be whatever animation you want.
Probably a good idea to include an option to only install exo anims
An install option would be perfect! Those injector animations are taking a bit longer, not compensating for their price.
For some reason this also enables my mutant skinning animation when I turn it on
Not the first time this got reported. I thought i fixed it by implementing a check. Anyway. This is fixed by disabling mutant skinning in MCM menu. I am not entirely sure why that even happens
The game crashes when I'm trying to test it on the DX8 renderer. It triggers "Shaders Compilation Failed" error. Can you take a look?
Supposedly it can be fixed for DX8 but i have no idea how. That requires editing the shader files.
Can you try to fix it? The game with this addon keeps crashing upon starting the new game and upon loading the previous saved game - DX9 and above doesn't has this issue, only DX8 suffered.

Why use DX8 anyway? Only reason is if you run mega ultra potato

DX8 is a relic. It is not really supported. A lot of mods simply dont work on DX version below 11, some 10

Mod wont work on DX8 if you are using that.
All the gunslinger models are really reflective when in direct light, it's the same with your food and drinks mod

Never saw any problems with reflections, so i guess on your end.

How can i enable sick mutant skinning animation? For some reason it doesn't work even if i have the flag on in MCM menu...

What if im playing recent GAMMA update? It does not work here for me. Is there anything i can do in the files to fix this?
It doesnt matter what update you are playing on. The script that makes them work is replaced. Enable them in mcm and go to town.
Usually people wouldn't be able to turn them off instead of them not working.
