An update of my old GPS-remover for 1.5.1., which removes the player's GPS pip from the PDA map.
Simply comments out two lines of code which usually point to the GPS icon texture. Details in description.
If you only remove the (Line 517): [!--]texture>ui_icons_newPDA_manArrow</texture[--] will you get the GPS location, but with no indication as to what way you are facing? I remember one of the earlier CoM builds had that and it was delightfully disorientating - especially at night or in thick fog when you couldn't see past your nose :-)
I remember there was an old version of this addon, but the problem was that the map would auto-center on your location when you opened it again. Does that still happen here?
Yes it still auto zooms. The zoom behaviour seems to live in a different config or script file and I haven't been able to track it down yet. If I find it I will release an update or a new version.

Haven't tested, but sounds likely. It's a very simple edit, so give it a shot and let us know if you like.
It's back! Yesss.

The devil has come to earth. Now we wait for Armageddon.
что за кпк на скриншоте ?
Is there any way to hide companion's icons also?
А что за аддон, что у тебя кпк зеленый?
Could you release a mod that removes quest indicators and replaces them with the circles (like the ones that show anomaly fields and areas)?
