What is this frame on the bloodsucker? It is similar to the target detector frame when using binoculars. I had an idea to make a mod so that target detector frames would appear without first using any device. It's as if the main character were a Terminator. Well, or attach this function to the night vision devices.
The mod is called ascended crosshairs. There is a setting that allows you to choose your crosshair when mousing over a target. In my case i choose the enemy something something type which makes it a rectangle.
I tried making the target device thingy you described but this mod was the closest ive seen. If you want, you could just change the icon in the ui_marker_enemy to whatever the rectangle is called and just scale and position it in the same config file. I decided against doing it tho because many enemies would just clutter the vision needlessly. Anyway, you are free to do whatever you want with this mod. cheers
