Install instructions:
Load this PK3 after loading any of the base Brutal Doom mods (PB, IB, BDv21 etc.).

- Made Bullet Puffs appear on tanks.

- Added in some gameplay changes for PB 3.0 when using Axe and Berserk.
- Replaced Water Splash sprites.
