After seeing EFT Weapon Pack menu I got inspired to re-create some of it into Anomaly.
So EFT Weapon Pack devs released a video of their menu which you can find here. Youtube.com
I decided to re-create it by hand and then looked for a climatic enough animated menu background. Found one on Call of Chernobyl addons made by ColonelRH. All credit for that one goes to them.
I also quickly made up a logo in GIMP with what was available on the net (combining STALKER logo with Anomaly logo to have them show up in menu.)
Cursor not included.

Side note: This will reduce framerate when in main menu, but shouldn't impact in game framerates.
Quick update: Included optional folder which includes UI files that add animated menu to options, load, save and faction select main menus.
Update 2: Changed menu fonts, gap size and adjusted selector size.

English version of what? This addon was made for Anomaly, which is English by default.
Unless you mean the EFT Weapon Pack, then no, there is no English version that I am aware off.
He means to ask whether the main menu itself is in English or not. The preview video you have provided shows Russian language and text, hence his question.
The text before the preview video states it's the source of the inspiration.
And the preview image showed the actual menu which was in English.
Either way I updated the description to avoid accidentally misleading more people.

oh, nice. and you also mention the frame rate drop in menu only right? how bad is that drop? like 5fps only or as bad as 20fps ?
I mean framerates in main menu's (not ingame) aren't really as important as ingame one's, but if it's important I'd say the main menus run at like, 30 fps for me? Didn't actually check it.

All alternatives are pretty cool too, not sure which one I'll keep ^^ Hard choice between "Pripyet" and "CS" ^^ Probably swith from time to time ! It would be amazing to make a version that would shuffle them at each launch ^^
[As for the sound in each alternative, since it wasn't made for Anomaly it doesn't work as downloaded: sound file has to be renamed "_anomaly_ilya_ponomarenko_day_one".]

Yeah, I figured I'll update the Description to be more informative of actual content and not mislead people.
I wrote the comment when the description was updated - generally a very nice menu.
would this be compatible with coc 1.4.22?
CoC runs on a different engine than anomaly, so it wont work there unfortunately. Anomaly is 64bit while coc is 32bit engine.
