Edited Drisch Sniper Scopes addon

Credit goes to Mycc for creating the Drisch scopes pack which is used as base.

I did not like that most of the sniper scopes were kind off hard to use and had a red/green/yellow dot for center. I've retouched the scopes so now they have a more standard cross reticle.
Mosin/Zf4 scopes were also redone to make them more useful.

Couple of the scopes such as Tulip/Pso/VSS scope were cleared of tint.

Installation: Drop the gamedata folder where the Anomaly is installed.
