This mod aims to enhance gauss rifle gameplay and bring something new tothis great weapon.

Tired of ordinary one-shot gauss rifle? Then this mod is for you. Now you can fire with gauss quickly and deal damage like some pistol. You can manually adjust the power of each of your shots. All you have to do is to hold fire button for certain amount of time to charge rifle, and then release it and shoot with full power.
The longer you hold the button, the stronger the bullet will be, if you will hold the button long enough, your bullet will penetrate the walls and stalkers alike on its way.
The economy was also rebalanced a little. Now you must buy a battery to recharge your rifle.They can be bought from scientists and monolith traders. Gauss Ammo is cheaper now. Each gauss battery will give you energy for 100 possible one-shots, but if you will not charge the rifle for full power, you will lose less energy from each shot.
I will make balance patches to this mod, if you give me any feedback.

Sound like you are trying to make the Gauss become Havoc rifle from Apex. I'm interested in every mods that changed the whole gameplay to a brand new one. But since it's still beta, i will wait until you released the final conduct. Work your magic well and carefully comrade.
Wouldn’t the goal of such a mod would be to be required to hold the fire button for a few seconds to charge the Gauss rifle and when you release it, it shoots ? Would nicely balance the gun i think while making it interesting to use

Hey, how difficult would it be to actually show a blue ray that start from the gun?
you know, like a real life laser? it could be just for less than one second for the "gun shot" and maybe for a second for the charged shot, just to give a little bit more "realistic" vibe!
