Another pack focusing on the weather and ambiance.
Greetings Stalkers I present today yet another audio pack. This one is fairly substantial and is the altered weather and ambiance pack. The pack it self makes large changes to the environment based audio which takes the form in various aspects such as noted.
PACK REQUIRES SOUNDSCAPE OVERHAUL INSTALLED BEFOREHAND.
Changes.
*New Rain for interior/exterior and on your helmet/mask
*New winds based on intensity of the weather preset low/mild/strong/storm
*New ambiance tracks for all locations in the zone for various times of the day. Morning/afternoon/evening/night
*New thunder collection ranging in about 18-20 new samples provided
*New camp fire audio
*New underground audio and ambiance segments for materials
*Pack also contains the anomalies and blow out audio as well from the anomaly pack.
*New door opening and closing sounds.
*Removal of any and all random ambiance ( No more random mutant sounds )

* Fixed file structure for the configs folder.
This was probably the second largest pack that required many months of work to get samples and create newer stuff to both fit the feel of Stalker with out being over bearing or getting in the way I hope you enjoy it but like all other packs you are free to make changes and alter them any way you see fit.

I would love to see a new sound for switching clothing and armor. It seems there is still no single addon doing this, lol.
Next pack is focused on UI audio which that sound is included.
I think the upload's file structure is borked a bit. things that are in \gamedata\configs look like they should be in \gamedata\configs\environment\ instead.

can i use this one without Soundcape Overhaul? Will it have any bad effect or i won't work?

well i guess it's bad luck for me. I tested the sound, it really good but since SO conflict with my other audio mod so

They replace different sound, sp, no. Install how you wish.

I have a lot of "errors" in the console from the mod, "invalid ogg-comment version"
Me too, but they're pretty easy to fix using a tool called SAVandT, a bit time-consuming though.
Add to them this "Warning: Invalid source rate".
It is and given how many I had to change I probably missed a few the process is very tedious.

So a bit of feedback, just turned off the Brain Scorcher, and i had emissions sounds REALLY LOUD, twice, and couldn't hear anything else, like footsteps on my way back, and it happened twice, i had to wait around 7 or more minutes for the sounds to clear and for me to actually fight the monolith down there.
And i think the same problem occurs with psy-storms, the sounds are INSANELY loud, to the point i had to take out my headset off for a bit.
Other than that the sounds are really good, it really gives a new air to the game.

You can install any part of it but the base of it needs to be there.

looks like a weather addon conflict, you sure you using soundscape overhaul?
Horror Overhaul can be the problem? Also using TheMrDemonized version of Michiko Weather Revamp. That's all
Conflict with your thunder storm weathers most likely.
Maybe this addon from SCO: SCO3 Addon - Stereo Thunder (non directional). Maybe he is the problem. Gonna check it out

This addon conflicts with Soundscape Overhaul 3.0 optional part "SCO3 Addon - Stereo Thunder (non directional)". if you have that option in SCO3 installed, you'll get this crash. This addon needs compatibility patch for it.

I wish the rain sound effect little bit louder, but everything is perfect.
Rain is a tad quiet so id recommend 2 mods here :
