Can they somehow be completely removed?
You can use a console command for that. "hud_panoramicHeight = 0"
Yeah, if you've got an Ultrawide, its better to just remove them completely since you've already go the cinematic aspect ratio.
Thanks for this!:) Can you make something similar with binoculars? They have darkening on sides but on ultra wide screen its not on the edges of the screen but its like with 1920x1080. Maybe you noticed too.
