COD - Mellee and Grenade throw for BF2 addon

Guessing many BF2 players missed the easy Melee Attack and easy through
a grenade of the COD game mechanics in the game. Here is a workaround:

Throwing grenade with the middle mouse bottom works quite well,
considering that BF2 doesn't provide any function for the middle
mouse bottom.

The melee attack (X or V) isn't that great like in COD due to the
fact that BF2 knife attacks, in contrast to COD, must be precisely
executed and the BF2 knife got a deploy time.

Additional you get the Communication Rose commands on the Numpad,
which can be very useful, once you can recall the keys. Much faster!

The script is compiled, so everyone can use it without additional
installations needed.

Preconditions in BF2 control settings for a proper working script :

Installation:

Just pull the Melee&Grenade.exe somewhere on your PC and start it.
Script must run as Admin to get all the keyboard and Mouse Hooks!

! Caution !:

Sorry, forgot that X and V are maybe used by some in the vehicles,
If you want that changed please contact me.

Some online servers consider AHK scripts as cheating,
that could lead to kick or ban. So better don't use it online.

The script is made for BF2 vanilla default weapons.
Might not work with modded weapons because of other animation times.
Occasionally it doesn't work 100% perfect and got its flaws and bugs.
