With the name of the file "psi_storm_siren.ogg" it did not work for me, I had to rename it to "blowout_siren.ogg" To be able to listen to it when the psy-storm begins...
In anomaly I have configured that in both events the siren sounds, but in the emissions it never sounds (only the radio is interrupted) Yes it sounds on Psy-Storms...
I don't know what my game smoked, but in case someone else happens, that is a solution.

:D yea thanks for clarifying that... those 2 files also have different lenghts it seems so maybe they are there for some scripted event idk..
