UPDATED March 14th, 2023 - Feature complete. Man, this thing was barebones when I got it.

> added expiration of bullet time after 10s
> added cooldown of 5s
> added Bullet Time Burn for cooldown of 30s if you let it expire
> added notification birds

UPDATED March 11th, 2023

> less intrusive visual effects, especially when entering bullet time
> increased bullet time speed from 0.3 to 0.33 (seems to be the sweet spot)
> added dramatic player death (brief bullet time of 0.2 when you die)

UPDATED March 5th, 2023

> reduced duration of visual flash entering bullet time
> corrected assigned key to actually be B because beez
> exits bullet time upon death if it was active

UPDATED March 3rd, 2023

> reduced volume of the sound effects
> increased bullet time speed from 0.2 to 0.3
> added visual effects for entering and exiting bullet time

These tweaks just make this feature feel a little more polished.

Does not require a new game, safe to use on existing saves.

A pre-condition could be an artifact.

Maybe, I have plenty of artifacts I don't know what to do with!

So does it have a bar which shows that how long is the effect gonna be or something like that or is it unlimited

For now, it is unlimited. I will balance and integrate it in future updates, but at the moment it's a free super power.

It works. But There just a brief flash when I pressed B and then nothing happened

Can you give me a link to the CoC version you tried it on? If it's a simple thing I may be able to fix it.

I play 1.4.22 with A.O 3.1
Moddb.com

Tested it. It won't work on 1.4.22, sadly. That version doesn't support the time_factor console command this addon relies on.

EDIT: It does work! It requires debug mode to be enabled though. This also means it will probably work on Dead Air, RTTN, etc etc.

For Call of Chernobyl:

Make a shortcut to Stalker-CoC.exe
Right-click the shortcut, click Properties
In the "Target:" line, add -dbg -no_staging
Click Ok

Always use this shortcut to start the game.

-no_staging helps prevent out of memory errors, so that's a good one to use as well.

Now go DESTROY those pesky artificially difficult mods! :D

Love the sound effects when it's on cooldown hahaha it blends perfectly in the ambiance when there's a lot of crow. I'm really glad that you managed to make the expiration/burn work :O

Anyway mahzra i'm poking through the slow-mo folder and there's like a adrenalin.ogg. when does that sound play in game is there like a consumable? also is it possible to change sound effects to player's preference? i was planning to add like vats sound when denied and in on/off.

You should also put the same version in the files where there's no cooldown so it can be used by player (like me) who is in the mood to be badass gunslinger/cheaty or who always found themselves in a sticky surrounded situation especially in monolith territories :D

I tried so many sounds but everything felt so inorganic and inappropriate, and then it hit me: BIRDS! :D And then I had to go through all the birds files in TRX. It was a weird evening.

The adrenalin.ogg file is from the original files, I'm just keeping it in case I want to add a troll feature or something, like if the player spams the bullet time button while on cooldown. Have you played it? It sure is a thing.

You can use any .ogg you like, just rename them accordingly. If you could provide a link to the vats sound file I'll add it as an optional, along with limitless mode.

well i guess you finding that birds sfx is quiet an history and experience haha. yeahh i listened to that adrenalin and it's goofy af i though that it would be played when using lsd booster or something.

only managed to find "on" vats Youtube.com but i can't find anything else.. considering it's a mainstream game, i though that it's easy to find in yt. anyways i don't mind though, don't want to hassle myself too trying to extract fnv sound files coz i literally don't know how xD limitless mode will be more than enough in future updates, i also keeped the previous version of bullet time so i can switch anytime i want
