High resolution texture pack for classic FPS blood.
Still a work in progress, NOW RELEASED IN FINAL BETA.
Work started 8 months ago and still working on it.
There are for the moment more than 600 textures, very near to finish.
It's intended for play with BloodGDX.
Cant wait for v1.0!

and how to install it?
It works with GDX port, simply drop the zip file in the "autoload"
folder of your blood install.
Any chance to add this to nblood?

Its a great mod, but I think I installed it wrong walls look good but pickups/voxels like tnt,shotguns,armor,street lights are appearing like normal blood.
Hi! There arenΒ΄t voxels in my mod, but 3D models are included, maybe you haven't turned on the models mode? otherwise there are HiRes versions of some pickups and sprites (not all at this time, I'm working on it) you must see the TNT box, shotgun, flare gun... and some others in HD if you see the walls tiles. strange.
*cough cough* you can also download my upload .rar multi archive pack and dump it in your game folder... i just merged necrobitz mod + the other two mods he talked about, made the ini settings he wrote about...
to run the mod use the bat file: i noticed the game almost stopped lagging, compared with starting it using .exe file

p.s. if you want to keep the unmodded game levels keep a copy of blood.rff as i tested the graphic upgrade on tweaked levels
also a backup of the entire game folder is a nice move, before you extract the .rar archive, this way you can simply revert by deleting folder and renaming the backup folder

by the way, maybe i found a bug: the barrel with a dead body inside doesn't change orientation as you move... and they all face the wall
This new version has all 3 HUDs, the models are stactic, they not move with you, the sprites in the vanilla map are oriented looking at the wall so, the models are looking at the wall, again will be edit the vanilla maps to acomodate the models. π
ok... i tried to orient the models but it isn't working :P
so far i was able to move your models a bit further when they intersect the walls (typically the shotgun ammo box)
i will retry again, if i fail is no biggied the game works even
with sprites facing the wall :D
edit: it works ! thanks for the tip: in 2d view, hover mouse arrow on item, then press either the button next to m or the other nearby to move clockwise or counterclockwise :D

I saw this on the FB group and added this mod to my watchlist. I'd be happy to help when I get my health in order as a side project while I also get back to work on my Doom UltraHD Texture pack. Keep up the great work and I can't wait for Ver 1.0

i am a bit confused about what "final" beta means...
does it means that the mod is nearly finished and completed enough to call it final ?
This means that this is the last beta (last update was to fix some errors)
Next update will be final, with all textures and sprites hd.

Planned for Fresh Supply?
i was just like you, then i decided to give bloodgdx a try...
this is a not up to date build i made to try this mod, and i had a lot of fun... in case you interested backup your fresh supply folder first, then drop the files into fresh supply folder and start the game with the .bat file called bloodgdx.bat

the differences between bloodgdx and fresh supply: in bloodgdx you jump higher and longer, in bloodgdx flamehound can set you on fire for longer, bloodgdx doesn't support the new "high" quality cutscene, but supports enhanced graphic mods and also supports demo files.

hi there, i found out a bugged texture, and i have no idea what is causing the problem.
the texture belongs to a piece of a wooden furniture.
0261_Cabinet-Door.pngit creates a graphic glitch both in the last level of cryptic passage and in e1m3, the train level, in the kitchen of the train.
also 2319_CrosshairB.png creates a graphic glitch when you get poisoned by a red spider... under the drunken malus effect all pixels gain different colours, like an extra bright rainbow of colours.
i was wondering if you can fix those two problems, in any case: have a nice day.
