Hmm, it shows there are no conflicts on Mod Organizer 2.. however, sounds simply don't work in game.

hmm how weird, and in case you haven't read the description, this is a small sound mod only for 4 weapons, Glock 19, SPAS-12, MP5 and MP-412
If you have the weapons, try them with the mod and you will see that it works, but if you have another sound mod for all the weapons, deactivate them

the other weapons have their original sounds
