Better Duty outfits for CotZ addon

small color correction (green and blue removed, red is little bit brownish) + all duty members wear black gloves (except for important npcs and rookies)

Arms and hands included + some textures has been replaced (just like my other NPC reskin addon)

compatible with vanilla CotZ and Rhons NPC variant expansion (armor expansion)
