Not bad, but it is only visible when a dynamic light is near. Without a dynamic light, the texture looks flat as usual. But there is a way to permanently reflect a cubemap on the textures, which can make the blood decals look always wet and less flat.
Can you take a look at this mod and maybe add the same effect to your mod? I think it would make the blood look much better: Mediafire.com

Can you make the blood shiny on the walls as well or even blood itself (I seen it working in vasyan777's later versions of his mod mixes, whoever made it)

I mean the blood splatter was all shiny reflecting the flash light in some PBR doom. (after vasyan777 switched from bolognese to ketchup)
Blood splatters look awfully pixelated, even with texture filters. Blood pools look good though
