Just use OBS. It's free, and easy to set up and there's plenty of guides to get the best quality for recording games depending on your system
If you want to give yourself a shed load of trauma go ahead and buy the game off Steam, best way to play it is on Nightmare, the AI of the Xenomorph is really good even for a game from 2014 as it would be now.

First there was an Alien Isolation flashlight mod, and now this.
I swear to god, if i start hearing Xenomorph hisses while i'm out exploring the Zone, i'm Alt+F4'ing on the spot xDD
I like it.
Just updated the mod. Only one of the pda_communication_lost sounds was playing. The rest is now fixed.
Also, sorry about not uploading a preview, yet. I downloaded something called OBS Studio to capture gameplay but I have to config it or something.
It sounds very interesting and high-quality, thank you so much for your efforts ;)
