Help me FerMV. I’m a newbie modder and I want to add this beautiful gun to my personal game.
It’s my second time adding weapons in general but it’s my first time adding an actual gun.

My problem is that my game crashes and says something in the line of “Shader Low Fx.” or something.

FerMV, I have a problem with this drum AK - it's with the 3p animations. When the bot is walking around with the AK wielded or if he's reloading, a spare mag is floating near him, either close to the ground or sometimes behind/in front of the soldier. Any ideas how this could be fixed? I've looked everywhere for a drum AK but no-one else has made one besides RPKs and they look goofy when fired standing up with that bipod and long barrel. Would really like to stick with this one instead!

For those others following in my path and adding this particular gem to their collection, the solution for this problem is as follows:
1) get BfMeshView (it's hosted on Moddb) and delete the floating spare drum mag from the mesh. It's not hard - there's short instructions also hosted on Moddb for deleting shapes from meshes.
2) Step 1 will fix the 3p issue, but now the 1p reload animation will fail as it was needing the floating mag to complete the animation. So download the Bf2 Spec Ops Warfare mod (again on good old Moddb) and make this ak47drum use the reload animations from SpecOpWarfare's rulmg_rpk74. You'll need to speed up the animation a bit to make it look a bit better and possibly add some other filler animation at the beginning or end, but ultimately you'll have a working ak47drum at the end of it. Until we get a fresh creator adding new material to this scene, it's a case of mending the poor ports filtering through from no-mans webs.
