New sharp UV-chopped AEK-971 stabilized assault rifle on AK basis.

I've seriously re-worked animation, animated right hand at shooting animation (was static by unknown reason).

Also made some AEK parts brownish, in order to make it look better.

Newly ported sounds as usual.

THIS RIFLE WOULD ALSO BE MADE FOR AUG SLOT LATER WITH DIFFERENT ANIMATIONS AND MORE EXOTIC DESIGN DECISION.
