Time for an update and what an update! New sounds, new menu backgrounds and a forum is just a few of the things. Beta 3 is getting closer and closer...

Its time for an update...

A new engine sound has been created for the Nilsen MK I, a new background for the options menu has been created and tweaks fixes has been made almost everywhere.

Here is two new pics, one of the new options background and another one of the Battle Cannon in action after some tweaks.

The complete change log for the last days are:
*Beta testing has started.
*More tweaks to credits.
*Removed "Quick Game" button.
*Made the main menu logo spin.
*If the player has just been inside the freaks_map the game will no send him/her back to the custom game menu.
*Created a new background picture for the options menu.
*Added more info to the loading screen in single player.
*More tweaks to the ingame music player.
*Multiplayer tweaks and bugfixes.
*Small Battle Cannon tweaks
*Tweaks to the Nilsen MK I.
*New custom motor sound for the Nilsen MK I.

A forum has been created as well and I now need your help to try to tie beta 3 together. What is missing in beta 2? What is good? Whats great? And whats not so great?

A small side note on the modding manual as well. I am aiming for a release of the manual some time after Beta 3. The manual will be in PDF and will be available on the Bandits: Phoenix rising game page here on Moddb and it will of course be a link to it in the mod description for Wolfys mod as well.
