Turok 2 Ascension is yet another overhaul mod by myself for a classic game from my past recreated by the awesome dev team Nightdive Studios. Turok 2 was the first game I had ever played that I bought with my own money and so I was very critical of it at that time. I loved the game to death, but every flaw I saw in it I griped about it. So now, decades later I have taken it upon myself to try and make it even better than it already was. From crazier weapon abilities to more blood and gore to a nice HD/Upscaled Texture and Skin Pack to an increase in enemy numbers this mod aims to help Turok 2 ascend to a whole new level.

Ok so the patch has been updated. I hope this will put some things to rest for this mod. I was not able to make the Quick Dodge mechanic have a dedicated button like my Blood Extra Crispy mod does because there simply are no other free buttons to use. There isn't a run button in Turok 2 so I made the dodge mechanic optional along with several other things.

The Firestorm Cannon's Overkill Mode now works properly and can be toggled on and off.

Added the "call dashon" and "call dashoff" console commands to enable or disable Quick Dashing capabilities.
Added the "call airdashon" and "call airdashoff" console commands to enable or disable Quick Dashing capabilities while off the ground.
Added the "call taunton" and "call tauntoff" console commands to enable or disable voice over Kill Taunts.
Added the "call lowhealthon" and "call lowhealthoff" console commands to enable or disable Low Health Warning Signs.

Evil Possessed Soldiers no longer shoot shotgun blasts and instead shoot single bullets when attacking.
Evil Possessed Soldiers can only be spawned in 1 or 2 at a time and can no longer be spawned in 3 or 4 at a time.

Toned down the amount of blood spawned in general to smooth out frame rate issues.
Toned down the amount of gibs spawned when enemies are blown to pieces to smooth out frame rate issues.
Restored the original look of the stream of brain goo spawned by the Cerebral Bore when drilling into an enemy's head.

The player's Ground Pound recharge time has been reduced to 5 seconds instead of 10.
