omg tell me about it bro... i almost lost Legolas to the lil *******... i was all like "ok kewl imma go roflstomp them on my way to the rebel settlements in Mirkwood" next thing i know im out of arrows and only 3 of em are dead... so i charge and they MASSACRE ME!!!!

The patch didnt fix my dunedain ranger bodyguards in the fellowship campaign being half in the floor >.<
fellowship campaign is ment to be unplayable!
@ xPearse - some are but other fixes in this you will have to start a new campaign such as :

Yea thanks for that, I guess I'll start a new game anyway. I am Gondor fighting off the Orcs when the Haradim went all out against me sending out many full armies and just over-running me.
so they said that the fellowship campaign wasn't supposed to be available in 3.0 yet. so did they rework it in this patch or is that for later?
Uhh every time i try to download it on gamefront in the mirror it just refreshes the page and is really annoying.. can anyone help?
then click the "if download does not start, click here" part that is highlighted and says click here, usually works for me (or your f5 key is stuck or something)

um ok so i installed medieval 2 total war tried to play it and got medieval 2 total war has incounterd an unexpeected error and will no exit so when i installed third age part 1 and 2 plus the new patch i get a warning symbol a triangle with a ! in the middle and when i click ok it exits me out someone help me please

@ helpmeout - Go to my install instuctions here Moddb.com and make sure you installed everything correctly there are some things suggested here Twcenter.net if you are useing Windows 7 or Vista so check it out also if your using Steam there are a few things you have to do to get this mod to work its at the bottem of my install instuctions so make sure you check over that also...

if i would suggest one single thing for the next patch it would be for you to redesign the Rivendell map. Although incredibly accurate, it is completely impossible to deploy troops on it as there is nowhere inside the fortress except the inner courtyard that actually accepts unit placement. I always have to fight battles on the narrow cliff outside of the city, and even there it is hard, due to trees and other props blocking placement. I would suggest you increase the size of all paths and ledges and compromize with accuracy for the sake of gameplay. Other than that, incredible work on an unbelievably good mod!
EDIT: As a side note, to deal with the unwieldy camera in maps like Minas Tirith, Moria, Rivendell etc. - is there any way to perhaps place a plane model covering all the abysses, with full alpha texture, that the camera can rest on? Just a thought.

@ MrShoaibalam - The fellowship campaign is not meant to be playable on this release it was a mess up of Kong to make it playable so there for you will get a mess load of crashes and bugs because it wasnt worked on so therefore the best bet is not to play the fellowship campaign at all till further notice....
@ kubun200 - The Link on here works perfectly fine if your having a problem then its on your end and stop trying to spam your links on here or you will get reported ,, Last warning...
@ Rotfuchs - Yeah that is wierd some people are still getting crashes from it and some are not, me personally it fixed the crash for me...

the new settlements like minas tirith dosent work in costume game
you have to read the description of the custom battle maps that you want to play and choose the settlement level and culture accordingly.
The custom settlements won't crash, but you may get problems if you choose more players than 1vs1.
They should, at least they worked for me, but by the way Kong stated already that the custom settlements are only ment for the campaign mode not for custom battles so therefore expect crashes....

I have done everything and thatstands in the description but when I start the third age it comes up to the loading screen wich is the third age, but then it shuts down and nothing happens, only a little page opens and u can only press ok on it and nothing happens plz plz help me

it´s a truly magnificent mod, but i have to report a little bug:
Playing with dwarves, i attacked a town and it was announced my spy had opened the gates, but the gates remain closed.
I dont know if that happens while playing with other factions.
