The rare fish key can open all locked doors and gives a little bit of protection (+10 armor).

Gold coins: some coins that directly go to your pocket (3 to 11)
Gold bag: a nice purse full of gold coins (42 to 54)
Treasure chest: a old chest full of treasure as heard in tales (120 to 150)
Diamonds chest: a chest filled with valuable diamonds (80 to 125)
Silk: a precious textile which can be sold at fixed price (100)
Cross, Sword, shield, ruby, golden pig, golden amulet, sapphire, meteorite fragment, ancient harpoon: various relics that can be sold at variable price (40 to 200)
Artifacts
With some luck, unique artifacts can be looted on specific enemies. They grant a permanant passive bonus.
Sharktooth: increases melee damage by 5
Flask: increases maximum of mana by 10
Demonheart: increases maximum of health by 10
Tricorne: increases maximum armor by 10
Ivory Pistol: increases ranged damage by 5
Snake Scepter: regenerate 1 mana after each kill, increases magical damage by 3
