Another big phenomen: the Spy's disguise kit! The Spy (in TF2D) can disguise into every enemy or ally to his wish. Nobody knows if your ally is a spy or not, so beware! Also, you shouldn't kill your own spies disguised! Or are they enemy spies? Who knows?
