Super Blitzkrieg, by BlackGateCorps... A Wolfenstein 3d modification that has been going for the past bajillion centuries, and will be going for a long while yet! Utilising an extensively modified EXE, almost entirely new graphics, music and sound effects and an extremely in-depth and steadily evolving storyline, this MOD contains many new features that allow a more complete involvement in the Super Blitzkrieg world. Some sections will move away from the relentless action of the source game, into a more puzzle-solving atmosphere. In short, Super Blitzkrieg is an RPG/Shooter hybrid built off the Wolfenstein 3d engine. Website updated every Saturday with new info, screenshots and (of course) the obligatory ramblings and rantings, so if - by a million-to-one chance - you're interested, feel free to come along and have a look!

But in all seriousness, I finally have the time to do this project proper justice... so that is what I have started to do. Graphically it has moved a long way; now it bears very little similarity to the original's appearannce. I thought that this would be fitting, seen as the storyline takes place a long way in the future and has a much darker atmosphere than Wolfy's cartoony style.

Just as soon as I can get WDC to accept my palette, some new screenshots may be making an appearance. Keep posted!

Regarding other matters, (ie the juicy code hacks) I have been making steady RPG-style changes. I've been toying with the idea of one huge, freely roamable map, requiring certain abilites to unlock new areas - if you've played Metroid games or the recent GBA Castlevania releases, that should give you an idea of what to expect ;) However, the main difference will be that you need to rack up enough points to get the skillz, rather than collecting items....

OK, enough spoilers already! Screenshots *hopefully* coming your way soon, but don't blame me if I fail... or whatever... :/
