i do because i never have some of the screens to change graphics of all units ok i replace these 3 units:
zerg:quen i replaced with new unit who never comes out :D
terran:valkyrie replaced by banshes
protoss:sentries replace dark archon
and do some others abilities for balance

new unit idea
i do 1 new unit to all races in the late update for new strategies and for new gameplay
