Remove hats and helmets addon - SKYNET\CYBERDYNE for LCPD, NOoSE, and FIB mod for Grand Theft Auto IV
I have replaced all LCPD, FIB, and NOoSE peds and vehicles with skynet and cyberdyne variants. Does allow online play if mod is on both sides of server.

Take a wild guess what it does, remember there is no wrong answers. This is the interweb where everyone is best friends in the whole wide world. ;) Ignore the fact in the image that one guy has a hat. That was a bug I fixed long ago.
